Variable expenses — fuel, food, marina fees — are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), an additional deposit added to the charter price. The remainder is returned after charter.

As a mother of two daughters, Julie brings a truly nurturing and thoughtful approach to her role. She takes pride in caring for guests in a genuine and personal way, always with a smile and positive energy. Her cooking is inspired by traditional Greek home-style cuisine—the kind of food you would expect from a Greek mother’s kitchen. She focuses on fresh ingredients, comforting flavors, and authentic recipes that create a real connection with Greek culture. One of her favorite treats is chocolate pie, which she loves to prepare and share with guests. In her free time, Julie enjoys watching sunsets by the sea, playing backgammon, and embracing the simple pleasures of life.
