Broker Review
Onboard visit
Emerald just came out of a 16-month refit — only the hull, engine, and generator are original, everything else is brand-new. Her extended swim platform makes getting in and out of the water easy, and the classically trained, Michelin-level chef brings real culinary polish. With a crew that's worked together for years, she's an extremely comfortable, beautiful yacht for up to 6 couples (12 guests).

Description: Widely recognized as the finest chef in the country, Stipe has spent years at the pinnacle of the gastronomic world, earning accolades for his boundary-pushing techniques, deep respect for seasonal ingredients, and an innate ability to turn every plate into a masterpiece. In an exclusive partnership with the Emerald, the visionary Chef Stipe Vukadin is bringing his unparalleled brilliance to the open seas, designing an entirely exclusive culinary journey solely for the guests of the Emerald.
Chef Stipe Vukadin cooks with deep respect for Dalmatian tradition, shaped into a modern Mediterranean style that keeps flavor pure and ingredients front and centre. Born in 1993, his path into gastronomy was unexpected: he entered a seminary at 14 before choosing the kitchen as his vocation. Today he is known both for his work at il Ponte and as a MasterChef Croatia judge since 2020. Recognized by Michelin, James Beard, and Gault and Millau, he is relentless about sourcing fresh ingredients and local produce.
"I cook Dalmatian the way I know it, with respect for the ingredients and a lot of heart.” Stipe Vukadin
Stipe has briefly stepped away from the traditional restaurant model to develop a highly confidential, completely original tasting menu constructed specifically for the Emerald. Once per week, the guests will be indulged with this bespoke dining concept that cannot be found at any Michelin-starred establishment on land or any other luxury liner at sea—it exists purely for the privileged few on board.
To step aboard the Emerald is to secure a seat at the most exclusive table in the country. Prepare your palate for an unforgettable voyage—curated expertly, uniquely, and passionately by Chef Stipe.
Stipe is a father to two children and spends most of his time in his beloved Rogoznica where we grew up with and the capital Zagreb where he runs the Master Chef show.
