ZALIV III Yacht Description

Premium water toys: Flite Air Pro E-foil & Seabob F5S/F9:
The hottest water toys onboard offer unique thrilling experiences, great for active and adventurous guests.
One of the few available 50 metres semi displacement aluminium yachts in the market with variable speed from 12 knots up to 22 knots. The choice of a contemporary, almost minimalist design contrasting with exquisitely tasteful furniture makes ZALIV III unique and original. Materials and colours of the interiors enhance the sense of space. The top deck is fitted with a large Jacuzzi along with TV on fly. She has been built with the most modern equipment (zero speed stabilizers, 3 large generators, special entertainment system and electrical curtains adjusted with the MAIN LUTRON MONITORING SYSTEM, special lighting design, special and extra insulating level, blue hull and many other features.
Two master suites. Private spa. Jacuzzi on the roof. Giant backgammon table. Zaliv III is not trying to be subtle.
Launched in 2011 and refitted in 2021, this 49m MondoMarine sleeps 12 guests in 6 cabins, but the real story is how two of those cabins behave more like boutique hotel penthouses than yacht cabins. The upper-deck master has its own lounge, office, walk-in closet, full spa-style bathroom with jacuzzi and steam bath, wine cellar, cigar humidor and a totally private aft deck. The main-deck VIP copies the formula with its own jacuzzi, steam bath, office area and walk-in wardrobe, effectively giving you two “owner” cabins on one charter.
Up top, the sundeck is built for overkill: a large jacuzzi, bar and barbecue, huge sunpads and two dining tables that merge into seating for up to 24 guests—or split and convert into a giant backgammon arena. Below, a minimalist Luca Dini interior keeps everything clean, calm and functional, with full Apple TV / VOD and streaming wired into pretty much every surface that holds still.
If your idea of “relaxing” involves velocity, Zaliv III answers with multiple jetskis, e-foil, electric jetboard, Seabobs, Flyboard, SUPs, canoes, wakeboards, windsurfer, skis, tubes and towables, launched off a wide swim platform. When you’re done trying to escape gravity, there’s a dedicated spa therapist onboard and a compact gym with treadmill, elliptical, Pilates kit and kettlebells to pretend this is all part of a balanced lifestyle.
Underneath the blue hull, twin MTUs and at-anchor stabilisers keep things quick and steady, while an 11-strong crew run the operation like a small, well-armed hotel. Net result: Zaliv III is a good fit if you want a charter yacht that behaves like a floating spa, beach club, games room and toy store, and you’re not interested in choosing between “master” and “VIP” when you could just have both.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like ZALIV III, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€48,750 - €78,000), making the charter cost €243,750 to €273,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
