With nearly a decade of experience in high end hospitality and the yachting industry, Maria is a highly professional and detail oriented stewardess known for her trustworthiness, adaptability, and impeccable service. She brings a refined touch to guest experiences, ensuring exceptional onboard presentation through her expertise in table styling, silver service, and fine beverage programs. Maria has served in key interior roles on a variety of motor yachts ranging from 22 to 43 meters, including significant tenures as a Second Stewardess on M/Y BOJI and M/Y SEAWOLF, as well as Sole Stewardess positions on M/Y DISTAR PRINCESS and M/Y SIMPLY BRILLIANT. Her background is further strengthened by a foundation in luxury service at 5 star Relais & Châteaux establishments and specialized training in wine, mixology, and food safety. Fluent in Greek and English, she holds a Speed Boat License and is fully STCW certified in life saving, sea survival, and fire fighting. In addition to his technical aptitude from past roles in machine operations and electrical assistance, he holds a speedboat operator license and survival/firefighting certification. Stylianos, the Chief Engineer of White Knight, brings nearly two decades of engineering expertise from his extensive background on tankers, cruise ships, passenger ships, and luxury yachts. A graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Chios in 2002, Stylianos is a highly skilled professional with a logical and calm approach to problem-solving, ensuring optimal performance and operational efficiency of White Knight at all times. Holding a Chief Engineer Unlimited STCW 95 A III/2 diploma and numerous certifications, including ISPS Ship Security Officer (SSO), Ro-Ro Passenger and Emergency Services, and High-Speed Craft Licenses, Stylianos is well-equipped to tackle any challenge onboard. His deep knowledge of yacht engines guarantees smooth sailing and an uninterrupted holiday experience for guests. Outside of engineering, Stylianos is a dynamic sports enthusiast who enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, jet skiing, free diving, and cycling. With a Coach Diploma in Water Skiing, he’s always ready to inspire adventure both on and off the water. A detail-oriented and organized professional, Manolis is highly skilled in cuisine operations, team management, and exceptional customer service. Manolis holds certifications in Greek and International Cuisine, Pastry Art, Staff Management, Menu Development, and Facilities Management. His calm and hardworking nature, combined with his passion for crafting unforgettable dining experiences, makes him an invaluable member of the White Knight team. A friendly and approachable individual, Raymond thrives on challenges and takes pride in ensuring guests have an exceptional and enjoyable experience onboard. Having previously worked as 2nd Stewardess aboard M/Y Gelly, as well as holding long term roles on M/Y Velvet Malta and M/Y Malta London, she excels in housekeeping, guest service, table setup, and interior support .
