Start with the good stuff: VERA gives you a **deck jacuzzi plus a private jacuzzi & sauna in the master suite**. If your charter brief includes “we’d like to be in hot water as often as possible,” this 52m Abeking & Rasmussen is the correct answer.
Built in 2000 and **refitted in 2024**, VERA sleeps **12 guests in 6 cabins**, including a master with his & hers bathrooms, walk-in closets and office, plus **two VIPs and three convertible doubles** for realistic group flexibility (couples, friends, older kids, no problem).
Entertainment is wired like someone meant it: **PLASMA screens and home cinema in all cabins and salons**, centralized AV with a huge movie/music server, Sat TV and Wi‑Fi. Outside, three substantial decks give you the standard set: shaded dining, sunpads, and that sundeck jacuzzi for the “we’re absolutely not checking email” part of the day.
The hardware is serious: **steel hull, full displacement, stabilizers, long 5,500nm range**, and twin CAT 3516s cruising at around 14 knots. Translation: proper ocean-going platform, not a floating beach club that gets grumpy in real sea.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like VERA, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€52,500 - €84,000), making the charter cost €262,500 to €294,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
