For Takis, the sea has been a lifelong passion. Raised in Patras, he spent years exploring the Greek islands aboard his own sailing yacht before becoming a professional skipper in 2013. His extensive experience has given him a deep knowledge of local routes, harbours and secluded anchorages, along with the technical skills to handle life at sea with confidence.

Takis enjoys shaping each itinerary around his guests, whether they are looking for quiet bays, island discoveries or time under sail.

Warm and attentive, he believes that “a good skipper must be a great host.”

Born in Athens and trained in mechanical engineering, Ploutarchos brings practical technical knowledge and a natural enthusiasm for the sea to Utopia. His interest in engines and problem solving led him into yachting, where he developed his sailing skills and experience aboard crewed charter yachts.

Calm, capable and always ready to help, Ploutarchos takes pride in caring for the yacht and helping guests feel comfortable on board.

He especially enjoys sharing his love of the water and helping guests make the most of their time at sea.

Originally from Thessaloniki, Stella made Syros her home and developed a lasting connection with the sea and Mediterranean island life. Her background in hospitality and the food industry, together with her experience as a cook and hostess on sailing catamarans, shapes the warm and thoughtful service she brings to Utopia.

Stella loves creating fresh, Mediterranean-inspired dishes and memorable meals tailored to her guests. Attentive to detail and guest comfort, she helps make every day on board feel relaxed and welcoming.
