Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like Unique S, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€30,000 - €48,000), making the charter cost €150,000 to €168,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Captain Georgi runs Unique S like a precision machine, reading weather, guests, and tight harbors with the same cool focus so you feel safe while the yacht keeps moving smoothly from one perfect anchorage to the next.
- Over two decades of professional maritime experience across multiple vessel types (since 2000).
- Holds MCA Master Unlimited (CoC) plus advanced qualifications in survival craft, medical care, fire fighting, SSO, ECDIS, AIS, Radar and ARPA.
- Former Safety & Navigational Instructor and Trainer for future captains for 10+ years.
- Registered Safety and Operational Supervisor SCC in the Belgian Central Register VCA; fluent in Bulgarian, English and Russian.
Nikolay is the quiet systems brain on deck, locking down passage plans, safety, and party logistics so guests get seamless cruising, sharp tender moves, and clean, controlled fun when the yacht shifts up a gear.
- Bachelor’s degree in Navigation from the Naval Academy “Nikola Y. Vaptsarov”, Varna, Bulgaria.
- Experience on major superyachts including 83m M/Y Here Comes The Sun, 74m M/Y Synthesis and 60m Amels Come Together.
- Served as captain of 27m M/Y Right Now for a full summer charter season, including overseeing the vessel’s sale and delivery.
- Holds OOW CoC Unlimited, CoC Master 300gt and extensive STCW, GMDSS, security, medical and fire-fighting certifications (Chief Officer Unlimited in progress).
Brandon is the guy who keeps the toys, tenders, and tech humming, turning your time on the water into tight, fast launches, clean operations, and quick fixes when something tries to misbehave.
- Background in hospitality and yachting as deckhand/engineer since 2021.
- Currently studying Mechanical Engineering, with strong problem-solving and equipment knowledge.
- Certified with RYA Personal Watercraft and Powerboat, RYA Short Range Radio, AEC 1 and AEC 2.
- Experienced tender driver with hands-on navigation and anchoring operations; fluent in English with additional German and Afrikaans.
