A real sailing yacht. TESS is a 78-foot (23.8m) aluminum monohull by MAG France, built in 1986, set up for guests who want actual sailing rather than a floating apartment. Sleek lines by Martin Francis.
Eight guests, four cabins. She sleeps 8 in 4 en-suite cabins, with a mix of doubles and twins that works well for couples, friends, or a family group. Practical. No cabin gymnastics required.
Deck life that works. A spacious cockpit dining table makes outdoor meals easy, and the decks are deliberately uncluttered for lounging and moving around underway. Simple win.
Comfort stays onboard. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi cover the real-world basics, and the salon has two separate seating areas for downtime. Refits are noted for 2012 and 2024.
Accommodation
In case of family groups, 8 beds are available. Charterers must be aware that Tess is a pure sailing vesselForward double bedded cabin with bathroom ensuite, 2 twin cabins each with lower and upper beds and own bathroom.
It is possible to have also a 4th cabin, situated in the rear part of the vessel, close to the crew's area: it is a single cabin, but with a comfortable bed (double French size) wich could accommodate 2 young's (with own bathroom).
Very bright and well refurbished saloon, separated galley. Crew's quarter with indipendent access from cockpit
Flush deck, spacious teck deck completely rebuilt in 2012

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailboat like TESS, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€3,600 - €7,200), making the charter cost €27,600 to €31,200. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
