SOFIA Y is what happens when an Italian 100-foot Baglietto gets a 2023 reboot and decides it still very much wants to be the fast boat. You’re looking at a planing-hull motoryacht cruising comfortably at around 20 knots (up to 29 when you feel like skipping the scenery) with the stability and deck space of a much bulkier platform.
Core value: all the “big yacht” comfort, none of the big yacht faff. Four guest cabins sleep up to 8, supported by a 5‑crew team, so service runs at boutique-hotel level rather than “we’re figuring it out as we go.” The 2023 refit means refreshed interiors, upgraded tech and systems, and a yacht that feels current rather than archival.
On board is tuned for being outside, moving fast, and using the toys. A proper swim platform acts as your mini‑marina for seabobs, paddleboards and snorkelling gear, while Wi‑Fi, TV saloon and full air‑conditioning keep the off‑duty hours civilised. Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like Sofia Y, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€18,688 - €29,900), making the charter cost €93,438 to €104,650. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
