SEATZEN is what happens when a traditional wooden motor sailer refuses to retire. Built in 1974, fully refit in 2020, she gives you the classic yacht feel with modern systems, proper air-conditioning and Wi‑Fi instead of nostalgia and heatstroke.
The value play is simple: up to 10 guests sleep in 4 ensuite cabins (3 doubles + 1 twin with pullman), plus extra pullman berths for flexible family or friends who “don’t mind the top bunk”. You get the space and privacy of a much newer yacht, without paying for chrome you don’t actually need.
Deck life is her main operating system. Wide wooden decks and a large expanse of sun pads are built for real use: reading, napping, kids sprawling, adults pretending to “help with the sails”. Two paddleboards, snorkeling gear and a 4m tender cover the low‑impact fun; beach games handle the competitive types.
The hidden feature is the crew. A captain who has spent decades on traditional Greek yachts, a chef with serious restaurant and event background, and a tight 4‑person team mean you’re not just renting a hull – you’re buying smooth execution: safe routing, organized days, and meals that behave like a restaurant, not a guessing game.
Net result: SEATZEN is for guests who want a genuine wooden sailing experience, comfortable cabins, strong crew and honest value – more classic yacht, less floating nightclub.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailboat like SEATZEN, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€3,000 - €6,000), making the charter cost €23,000 to €26,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
