Variable expenses — fuel, food, marina fees — are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), an additional deposit added to the charter price. The remainder is returned after charter.

Description: Chef Dimitris studied at Le Monde Culinary School in Athens and launched his career in high-end restaurants across Greece, where he refined his technique and passion for creative gastronomy. In 2021, he joined the yachting world and became the dedicated chef onboard M/Y SALTY, bringing his exceptional culinary talent to the charter experience. Motivated, imaginative, and endlessly curious, Dimitris is always honing his craft to surprise and delight his guests. He has an impressive knowledge of over 100 species of fish, making seafood menus and delicate hors d’oeuvres his specialty. His cuisine highlights local ingredients and artful combinations of flavor and texture. Whether braising, grilling, tenderizing, skewering, or slicing, Dimitris transforms every meal into a memorable culinary moment, sharing his passion for food with every dish he creates.

She believes in the power of teamwork and collaboration, ensuring smooth, seamless service throughout every charter. Motor yacht Salty. The yacht is Alalunga, 78, 23 meters. Built in Italy 2006, and now we finished one special refit in 2024. We made a new carpet. We put new carpet this year. Here we are in a master cabin. From the other, from the other side, we have a dress room. We have four cabins for eight people, and we have two Pullman berths.
Captain: We want the clients to be comfortable, to feeling like their house, and the hospitality, of course, it's in the high level. The clients like to have good food. That's why all the time they, they talk about chef. And I'm jealous. Everything with the fish, it's not something specific. It's everything with fish. The sailing speed is 21 until 25. Flybridge. My love place is Ionian, especially in Paxos. It's very beautiful, the blue waters there, and also in Agian Milos, Kimolos. We have new deck. We changed this year here. A lot of clients, especially at night, they lay down there with drinks and slow music. It's a very comfortable place. Here we try to do the best.
