Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like PIOLA, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€8,500 - €13,600), making the charter cost €42,500 to €47,600. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

This was our first family cruise and you made it absolutely wonderful! Captain Kostas always made sure to take us to the best places, no wind, calm amazing blue waters. Apostolos always able to rope the yacht in the best coves and ready to get the water toys ready for the children (and for adults!). Giota was amazing, constantly checking if we were OK and offering dishes, food always with a smile and making sure we were OK and happy. And a special thanks to Chef George! We are picky but the food was always delicious and tasty; amazing fresh fruits cut different hours 8 am to 11 pm, different flavors, spices and so many different choices.
