OTTAWA IV Yacht Description
-
Jacuzzi on the sundeck:
Perfect spot for romantic evenings or relaxing cocktails with stunning sea views. -
Inflatable water slide:
A big hit with kids and families, adding extra fun right off the yacht into the water. -
Seabob F5 available:
Premium seascooter brand offers thrilling underwater exploration for guests seeking adventure in the sea.
Start with the sundeck. OTTAWA IV runs a full spa-pool Jacuzzi up top, surrounded by big-volume tri-deck outdoor spaces that are actually usable, not just brochure decoration. This is the “live outside all week” kind of layout: huge sunpads, lounging and dining zones, and a hydraulic swim platform that turns into your own mini beach club.
Then add toys. Lots of toys. Waterslide off the side, Seabob, wakeboards, adult and kids’ water-skis, paddleboards, kayaks, donuts, inflatables, plus a 6m tender with 150hp to drag it all around. If your plan is “keep 12 people busy and smiling without stepping on land much,” this boat was clearly set up for that.
Now the boring bits that matter. Built in 2016 and refitted in 2023, OTTAWA IV sleeps up to 12 guests in 5 cabins, with a full-beam master on the main deck, two VIPs, and family-friendly twin/bunk layouts, all with en suite facilities. Steel hull, full air-conditioning, strong Wi‑Fi, and a modern AV system mean everyone can binge, stream, upload and hide in plain sight as needed.
Why charter this yacht instead of the other 39m on your screen? Because OTTAWA IV trades gimmicks for actual guest value: a tri-deck footprint that feels bigger than its length, a genuinely fun water toy inventory, a big swim platform that works like a beach, and a practical, recently refitted interior that’s bright, comfortable and built for a full 12‑guest charter rather than just looking good in one wide-angle photo.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like OTTAWA IV, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€22,500 - €36,000), making the charter cost €112,500 to €126,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
