Variable expenses — fuel, food, marina fees — are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), an additional deposit added to the charter price. The remainder is returned after charter.

Holding official certifications in sailing, speed boat operation, and marine safety, Captain Charis ensures each voyage is conducted with the utmost attention to safety and comfort. His extensive local insight allows him to tailor itineraries according to guest preferences, offering hidden gems and authentic experiences throughout the Aegean and beyond. Known for his friendly and engaging personality, he enjoys involving guests—especially younger ones—in the basics of sailing, enriching the charter experience with educational and interactive moments. Dimitra Christopoulou is a hospitality professional with over four years of hands-on experience as a cruise hostess, bringing strong guest service expertise well suited for a cook/hostess position. She has worked across multiple yachting companies including Blue Sails, VM Yachting, Zouras Yachting, Valentino Yachts, and Athenian Yachts (Fyli), where she consistently ensured high standards of customer care, onboard organization, and guest satisfaction in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Her background combines excellent communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills with a natural ability to create welcoming and comfortable atmospheres for guests. In addition to her hospitality experience, she brings over ten years of professional practice as a certified reflexologist therapist, enhancing her attentiveness, precision, and client-focused approach. Dimitra is adaptable, hardworking, and fluent in English and Italian, with solid computer skills and a strong commitment to maintaining high service standards in both kitchen support and front-facing hostess responsibilities.

We had an absolutely awesome bunch of experiences. From our choppy seas at the beginning to our magnificent sunset heading home, we loved all of it. Hostess cooking was a joy every single meal and she will turn over any day into a fabulous restaurant. Each island we visited had its own unique charm and we have had an individual and beautiful visit to each place we stopped.
Captain has worked hard and taken care of us at every step of the journey. Stewardess is just a treasure! A wonderful journey.
Sailing the Greek Islands was always a dream and now it is a dream realised. Although we had a destination in mind i.e. Milos, this journey has been about the sailing, the day to day island hopping, learning to relax at the leisurely pace of the yacht – to feel its rhythm and the present. The food was exceptional and the captain is indispensable.
We are forever spoiled!
