In 2014, he was promoted to Captain, a role in which he continues to combine professionalism, calm leadership, and a strong focus on guest comfort and safety. Sinan is known for running a smooth and well-organized operation on board, ensuring every charter is both safe and enjoyable, with attention to detail and a friendly, approachable presence that puts guests at ease. Fluent in both English and Turkish, he communicates effortlessly with international guests and crew, creating a welcoming and well-coordinated atmosphere throughout each voyage.
