Start with the party trick: MY LOTTY is an 87ft Benetti Sail Division motor‑sailer that can literally re‑wire its aft cabin mid‑charter. Need a huge master with an extra single and his & hers bathrooms for 2–3 guests? Done. Need to sleep 9–10 in family mode with extra doubles/single instead? The same space converts into two separate cabins, each with its own facilities. One hull, multiple layouts, zero drama.
Why you stop scrolling here: because you get a classic steel Benetti (launched 1983, refit all the way through to 2024) that actually works for real families and mixed groups: up to 10 guests in a 5‑cabin configuration, full‑beam aft suite that morphs as needed, plus additional doubles and twins so nobody’s stuck in the “sorry, that’s the small cabin.” It’s the opposite of a rigid layout – the boat adapts to the group, not the other way round.
On‑board life is about using the yacht, not photographing it. MY LOTTY has the possibility to convert the rear cabin in 2 cabins, both with own facilities. In case of 8 guests, the aft cabin will be very large with a double bed + 1 single bed (her & his bathroom). Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailboat like MY LOTTY, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€4,200 - €8,400), making the charter cost €32,200 to €36,400. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
