Vasilis is a passionate chef with a solid culinary foundation and over two decades of professional experience in both luxury hospitality and yachting. He specializes in a diverse range of international cuisines, with a strong focus on Mediterranean flavor profiles, and consistently delivers high standard meals with precision, creativity, and attention to detail. He has worked as a private chef on several motor yachts, including M/Y Sunday, M/Y Aspire, M/Y Wet Panther, M/Y Cacos V, M/Y Annouka, and M/Y Astarte, where he was responsible for preparing tailored meals for private and charter guests cruising the Greek seas. His extensive culinary career also spans respected restaurants and five star resorts in Greece, as well as serving as the private chef for the AEK Athens professional football team, showcasing his impressive adaptability across high pressure environments. Known for his resilience under pressure, exceptional business sense, and high standards of food hygiene, he brings reliability, enthusiasm, and pristine kitchen management to every charter. With over a decade of leadership experience directly managing operations for VIP indviduals, she has refined a professional approach that ensures seamless operations and a premium guest experience on every voyage. While she holds a background in Law, her extensive maritime certifications, elite athletic background, and passion for the sea, have driven her successful path in the yachting industry. Highly organized, motivated, and detail oriented, she excels in high level operational management, multinational team leadership, and precise project coordination. Her versatility is evidenced by her ability to manage complex shore based operations as a Chief Operations Officer at Danias Marine Services, while safely commanding and overseeing high value assets on massive world class vessels up to 150 meters. As a former Greek National Team sailor with European and World titles, Ermina’s proactive nature, discipline, and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service make her an invaluable asset to any professional crew. Throughout her career, Manilyn has worked in long-term live-in positions for private families in Athens, where she was responsible for full household organization, grocery provisioning, childcare support, cooking, and daily operations. In addition to her shoreside experience, she has supported interior duties and guest service onboard private yachts, demonstrating adaptability and a solid understanding of yacht service etiquette. Known for her discretion, strong work ethic, and attention to detail, Manilyn consistently delivers a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
