Theodosia Maria is a motivated and hardworking maritime professional with a strong academic background in Marine Operations Management and hands-on experience in both yachting and commercial shipping. Known for her discipline, teamwork, and proactive attitude, she brings a well-balanced combination of technical seamanship and guest-oriented service onboard.

Her experience spans across luxury yacht operations, where she has worked as a stewardess and sailor, as well as deep-sea commercial shipping as a Deck Cadet on dry cargo vessels. This diverse background has given her strong adaptability, excellent understanding of vessel operations, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure in demanding environments.

Onboard yachts, Theodosia Maria has been responsible for guest cabin preparation, interior organization, tender assistance, and mooring support. She is also comfortable assisting in galley duties and general deck maintenance, always ensuring smooth daily operations and high standards of cleanliness and service.

In addition to her practical experience, she holds strong maritime qualifications including STCW certifications, Advanced Fire Fighting, Medical First Aid, GMDSS, and ECDIS training.
