This 31m Vitters build, fully refitted in 2022/23, is set up for groups who actually use the boat: up to 10 guests in 4 ensuite cabins, including a master with its own steam hammam and a VIP that doesn’t feel like a downgrade. The real game, though, is outside: a big aft deck for proper meals, a bow sunpad zone, and a sundeck that flips from lounge to open‑air movie theatre with drop‑down screen and full sound system.
For motion‑sensitive guests, stabilizers at anchor and underway mean you can watch that movie, eat that dinner, or steam in that hammam without doing the “hold the glass” routine. For everyone else, there’s the toy problem: 2 Seabobs, Flite/foil boards, Jet Ski, wakeboards, skis, SUPs, inflatable pontoon and towables all fed by a 7.8m Brig tender. Translation: you will run out of energy before the boat runs out of toys.
Add a professional crew of six with a strong charter track record and a fast cruising speed of 22 knots, and MIA ZOI becomes the rational choice for clients who want a compact 100‑ft yacht that behaves like a much larger platform: serious deck space, cinema nights, spa‑level master cabin, and enough hardware in the garage to keep both adults and kids off their phones for a week.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like MIA ZOI, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€16,250 - €26,000), making the charter cost €81,250 to €91,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Ioannis is 48 years old and he has been working in the yachting industry for more than 10 years now with great professionalism. He holds an A' Class Captain's diploma, a Speedboat license and several Certificates for the management of life threatening situations, fire prevention, fire fighting and personal safety. He has a lovely personality and will find for the guests the best private sandy beaches, making their experience onboard unforgettable! In his free time, Ioannis loves fishing, diving and apiculture. Speaks Greek, English and Russian (basic).
Chef: Kyriakos Mochos (Greek)
Kyriakos is 54 years old and counts more that 30 years of experience as a Chef onboard motor yachts and bulk curriers. He holds a Chief Cook A' Class Diploma, a Speed Boat License and Certificates in fire fighting and life saving in case of emergency. He will prepare for the guests delicious recipes of the Mediterranean cuisine, choosing the freshest and most flavourful ingredients for his dishes! His passion is always to offer a memorable culinary experience to the guests and satisfy their needs! His genuine smile is a big asset to MZ crew! When not cooking, Kyriakos likes travelling and fishing. Speaks Greek & English.

Katerina is 44 years old and she has been working onboard motor yachts the last 4 years with great enthusiasm. Katerina enjoys the family atmosphere of working on yachts, she is detail orientated and will offer the best service onboard. When not working, she likes swimming and cooking. speaks Greek and English.
Engineer: Georgios Fotaras (Greek)
Georgios is 53 years old and has graduated from the Engineering Maritime School of Symi. He counts more than 26 years of past experience on tankers and bulkers as well as on passengers' ships. He entered the yachting world with great passion for his job. Georgios will be responsible for the daily operations needed, giving his utmost attention for the guests' safety as well as for keeping the engine room in excellent condition. In his spare time, Georgios likes scuba diving. Speaks Greek and English.
Deckhand: Stathis Konstantinidis (Greek)
Stathis is 23 years old and is now graduating from the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos. He has recently joined the yachting industry with great enthusiasm for his job. He will warmly welcome the guests and will try his best to make them feel like home onboard! Stathis will assist on deck with water activities and toys. When not working, he likes travelling.
