Start with the three-level master suite. MI ALMA’s signature move is a full three-deck master stateroom on a 31m Sunseeker – dressing level, separate toilet, and an open lower-level bathroom with tub and his & hers sinks. If you want a “big boat” owner’s area without paying “big boat” money, this is the hack.
Then add the deck jacuzzi and full stabilizers. Jacuzzi on deck for the sunset shots, stabilizers underway (and at anchor on many specs) so your drink doesn’t slosh while you pretend to care about the horizon. Comfort is engineered in, not wished for.
Water toys are not an afterthought. Jet Ski, Seabob, Jetovator, ZAR tender with serious horsepower, SUPs, kayaks, tubes, water-skis, Jobe Infinity sea pool, water bikes, electric bikes – MI ALMA reads like someone ticked every box on the toys catalog and didn’t hit “save for later.” Good if your group gets bored fast.
Layout is built for real groups, not brochure people. Four cabins sleep up to 10: that oversized master on the main deck, a full-beam VIP with walk-in closet and his & hers sinks, plus two twin cabins with Pullmans – family-friendly, friend-group-friendly, and “we-don’t-all-want-to-share-doubles” friendly.
Older hull, modern brain. Built 2001, but refit in 2016, 2018, and 2022, so the hardware is classic Sunseeker, and the experience is firmly this-decade: Wi‑Fi, strong AC, updated interiors, and a charter-focused crew of six who do this for a living, not for the Instagram.
Net result: if you want a 100ft Sunseeker that feels like a mini-superyacht (master suite, toys, jacuzzi, stabilizers) without climbing into the next price bracket, MI ALMA is the quietly logical choice hiding behind the louder, shinier boats.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like MI ALMA, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€12,250 - €19,600), making the charter cost €61,250 to €68,600. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
