Deck life first. MAGIX is a 124ft (37.8m) Heesen motor yacht with three exterior levels, set up for days that happen outside. The covered aft deck keeps lunch civilized, and the sun deck adds a deck Jacuzzi when you want to do absolutely nothing in warm water.
Stays steady underway. Stabilizers help keep the boat calmer when you are moving. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi cover the two modern essentials: staying cool and staying connected (if you must).
Watersports without drama. A 5.2m Zodiac RIB makes getting on and off the yacht straightforward, and the toy list is properly charter-friendly: a Sea-Doo GTI WaveRunner, 2 x Seabob F5S (with cameras), wakeboard, adult and kids waterskis, plus towables including a banana and tubes. Quick sessions. Repeat.
10 guests, 5 cabins. Built in 1992 and refit in 2012, MAGIX sleeps up to 10 in five suites, including a main-deck master with en suite facilities (tub and shower) and a full-beam VIP on the lower deck. Works well for mixed groups who want privacy without splitting into separate yachts.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like MAGIX, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€19,500 - €31,200), making the charter cost €97,500 to €109,200. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
