Our chef Andy worked in kitchens for more than 10 years, from large hotels to small restaurants, with 4 years experience on yachts. Over these years she has worked with a wide range of nationalities, providing a high level of cookery. Alexandra is a travel lover and a peoples person . At 29 years old she has gained various experiences in many different fields including working on sailing yachts. Since joining La Fenice this spring she has been a strong and crucial part of the team with her thoroughness, kind manners and workmanship. La Fenice's interior and guests are in the best hands as she is very well trained in customer service and is sure to make their stay as comfortable as possible.

Deckhand
Andreas was born and raised on Corfu island, living by the sea his entire life. His childhood hobbies always included water activities, such as swimming, fishing and waterskiing. He started working on boats at the age of eighteen, initially as a second deckhand on a cruise ship, and was promoted to first deckhand in his second year. Since joining the yachting profession, Andreas has shown to be a wonderful match for LA FENICE thanks to his enthusiasm, work ethic, and team spirit! He speaks: Greek (native), English (Fluent)</p>

Broker: So you do the Ionian. Yes. All the Ionians.
Stewardess: Piscardo. It's my favorite part because I am from Corfu. That's why I love Ionian.
Broker: Ah, nice. So you're from Corfu and you're chartering in that area. So you know it very well. Please, if you're interested in Ionian, La Fenice is a fantastic option. It's based there. They're from there. She's from Corfu. So there, it's the perfect yacht. Get in touch with us and we can put you on La Fenice or another yacht in the Ionian. A lot more guests are interested in Ionian, particularly if people have come and they've seen Mykonos and they've seen Santorini and they've already done the Cyclades, and people want to go to the Ionian, but there's not enough yachts there. There's not that many crewed boats there. Very different.
Stewardess: Yeah. In the Cyclades, you have a lot more wind.
Broker: No.
Stewardess: Yeah. In the Ionian, we don't have a lot of wind and a lot of green. It's a lot greener. It's a lot calmer. The waters are very clear.
Stewardess: For me, the flybridge. I like, I love the flybridge. The guests are all the time on the flybridge. They love it. Yeah. We have a jacuzzi, a big couch. They sit there. They take the lunch, the drinks, everything. They have a nice view. Yeah. 360-degree view.
Broker: You're up high. You can see everything. Yeah. And you're up there for lunch and when you've stopped, but also when you're cruising as well.
Stewardess: Yes. Yes. I love it.
Broker: To have a jacuzzi. Fantastic. And to have a big flybridge. Not all yachts in this size have a very nice big flybridge. And yeah, clients often think about cabins, think about indoor spaces. But when you're on charter, you spend the whole time outdoors, really, don't you?
Stewardess: Of course. They want to see. You want to sit up there and enjoy the view and enjoy the weather.
