Captain Vladimir is an experienced and professional yacht captain with over 15 years in the yachting industry, specializing in charter operations onboard luxury motor yachts throughout the Mediterranean. Holding Master 500GT and 200GT certifications, he has extensive experience managing both private and high-end charter yachts, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, smooth operations, and safe navigation.
Throughout his career, he has successfully led charter programs onboard luxury yachts up to 33 meters, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication with owners, charter brokers, guests, and crew. He is experienced in itinerary planning, guest relations, daily operations, budgeting, crew coordination, and maintaining high hospitality standards onboard.
Captain is known for his calm leadership style, hands-on mentality, and ability to operate efficiently under pressure while delivering a professional and welcoming atmosphere for guests. His background as a Bosun onboard larger yachts has also provided him with strong technical knowledge and practical deck operation experience, allowing him to effectively oversee maintenance, safety, and overall vessel performance.

Stavros is an experienced and dedicated Chief Engineer with a strong technical background developed through years of service onboard commercial vessels and luxury motor yachts. Having transitioned from large commercial ships into the yachting industry, he brings extensive engineering knowledge, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a hands-on approach to the daily operation and maintenance of all onboard technical systems.
With experience onboard both private and charter yachts operating throughout the Mediterranean, Stavros is accustomed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, reliability, and operational efficiency. He works closely with captains, management companies, and crew to ensure the smooth running of all engineering operations while contributing to a seamless guest experience onboard.
Known for his professionalism, work ethic, and calm personality, he is highly organized, detail-oriented, and always willing to assist wherever needed. His technical expertise includes preventative maintenance, engine room management, troubleshooting, shipyard periods, and supporting class and flag requirements.

Panos is a motivated and professional deck officer with experience across commercial shipping, naval operations, and the yachting industry. He brings a strong operational background with excellent navigation, watchkeeping, and bridge management skills developed through service onboard international vessels and luxury motor yachts.
With experience in both private and charter yacht environments, he has developed strong knowledge of day-to-day yacht operations, guest interaction, safety procedures, deck maintenance, tender handling, and high-standard vessel presentation. He is comfortable working in fast-paced environments and is known for his professional attitude, adaptability, and strong teamwork skills.
Panos combines solid maritime discipline with a hands-on mentality and a strong willingness to further develop within the yachting industry. His service as a Hellenic Navy Reserve Ensign further strengthened his leadership, communication, and operational capabilities under demanding conditions.

Konstantinos Tsiftsis | Deckhand
Kostas is an energetic deck officer with solid experience in the yachting and charter industry throughout Greece. With several years of experience on board motor yachts and daily charter vessels operating mainly in Santorini and the Greek islands, he has developed strong skills in yacht operations, guest service, navigation, and deck maintenance.
Having served as both a Yacht Skipper and Deckhand on private and charter yachts, Kostas is experienced in daily yacht operations, guest interaction, tender handling, mooring procedures, safety operations, and maintaining high standards of presentation onboard. His background within fast-paced charter environments has helped him develop excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a guest-oriented mentality.
In addition to his yachting experience, he also holds commercial shipping experience onboard tanker vessels, strengthening his navigational knowledge, watchkeeping abilities, and overall maritime discipline. Professional, hardworking, and reliable, he works effectively within team environments and remains calm under pressure while maintaining high operational standards.

With a strong culinary background developed through leading restaurants and luxury resorts in Santorini, Athens, Crete, and Lefkada, he combines professionalism, organization, and attention to detail with a modern Mediterranean culinary approach.
Having worked in positions ranging from Chef de Partie to Sous Chef and Head Chef, Giorgos is experienced in kitchen management, menu preparation, food presentation, provisioning, and maintaining high hygiene and operational standards. His experience within luxury hospitality environments has strengthened his ability to work under pressure while consistently delivering high-quality dining experiences and personalized guest service.
