HEESEN Yacht Description
-
Full air conditioning system:
Keeps all guest areas cool for luxury relaxation no matter the Greek summer heat. -
Spacious master suite with private saloon and convertible second cabin:
Offers privacy and flexible accommodation for families or romantic getaways onboard. -
High cruising speed 17-19 knots, max 25 knots:
Fast enough to explore multiple islands comfortably, maximizing guests' time discovering Greece.
Step one: take a 141ft Heesen hull, refit it in 2019, and give it a master suite that can split into a sixth cabin when you decide your “close friends” are close enough. HEESEN’s 48 sqm master with private lounge converts via sliding wall + sofa/bed into an extra ensuite cabin – which is how you jump from 5 to 6 cabins and from 11 to 13 guests without changing yachts.
Step two: speed. This is a proper fast Heesen: cruising around 17–19 knots, topping out at 25. Translation: you don’t have to choose between the long lunch and the long passage. You can do both.
Step three: capacity without chaos. Up to 13 guests in 5–6 cabins (3 queen, 2 double, multiple twins with Pullmans), all with ensuite facilities and a dayhead on the main deck. Layout is optimized for mixed groups: families + friends, couples + kids, VIPs who want identical cabins instead of “winner takes master, everyone else complains.”
Step four: hotel logic, not boat compromise. Full air-conditioning, proper privacy in all guest cabins, and enough crew (typically around 8) to split focus between service, navigation, and maintenance. You charter this if you want the “small hotel on the water” experience rather than “camping with teak.”
Net outcome: HEESEN is for clients who care about three things: (1) flexible cabin configuration for up to 13 guests, (2) real speed on a proven Dutch-built 141ft platform, and (3) a recent refit that makes a 1998 build feel current where it matters: interiors, comfort, and usability.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like HEESEN, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€21,000 - €33,600), making the charter cost €105,000 to €117,600. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
