Made fresh daily from the finest available ingredients.
Mediterranean Brucshetta
Grilled sourdough topped with poached figs,
rucola and melted goats cheese.
Fried Zucchini Sticks
Crispy zucchini sticks served with home made Aioli.
Grilled Seasonal Vegetables
Served with wild rocola, aged balsamic and grilled mastelo.
Grilled Squid & Fennel Carpaccio
Grilled calamari seasoned with fennel and olive oil served
on a bed of thinly sliced finocchio.
Salt and Pepper Calamari
Scored calamari lightly tossed with sea salt, pepper and
spiced flour. Fried and served with home made remoulade.
Aged Beef Carpaccio
Served with rucola, wild capers and aged parmesan shavings.

SALADS
El Greco
Vine ripe tomatoes, cucumber, wild capers, Spanish onion,
bell peppers, whole wheat croutons and feta cheese tossed
with extra virgin olive oil.
Mediterranean
Seasomal greens, frisse and radicchio, tossed with julienne
carrots, celery, radish, green apple, and fennel in our home
made citrus and honey dressing.
Mozzarella & Prosciutto
Slices of vine ripe tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella served with
prosciutto de Parma and aged balsamic.
ESTIA YI
A unique blend of peppery greens, tossed with caramelized
walnuts, roasted sesame seeds and honey balsamic.

Fresh linguine served with a medley of seafood
and roasted tomato sauce .
Salmon Papardele
A blend of smoked and fresh salmon cooked with fresh
tomatoes, scallions, dill and saffron.
Gnocchi Napolitan
Fresh gnocchi stuffed with buffalo mozzarella in our
home made tomato sauce flavored with fresh basil.
Lobster & Prawn Ravioli
Home made ravioli stuffed with Lobster and prawns
in a light lobster cream.
Artichoke and lemon Risotto
A unique blend of grilled artichokes, Mediterranean herbs
and feta cheese flavored with fresh lemon.
