Description: hef Georgios hails from Piraeus, Greece, and discovered his passion for gastronomy around eight years ago after attending a Masterclass in Greek Mediterranean cuisine. Inspired by the quality and vibrant flavors of fresh, local produce, he continued to expand his expertise through specialized Masterclasses in Thermomix, Roner, and Siphon techniques in 2015, followed by a Sous Vide Masterclass in early 2020.
He began his culinary career at the prestigious Grand Resort Lagonissi, where he refined his skills in a high-end hospitality environment. Seeking further experience, he continued his journey at a resort in Samos before moving to Germany in 2017, where he worked for a year as Chef de Partie at Meze Academie. Upon returning to Greece, he served as Chef at a luxury resort in Mykonos.
In 2020, Chef Georgios entered the yachting industry, taking on the role of Chef aboard M/Y Alexander, followed by M/Y Tourama the following year. Since then, he has been dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences at sea.
