ENTRE CIELOS Yacht Description

  • Wide range of inflatable water toys:
Includes banana boat, donuts, floating island, and inflatables—perfect for family fun and water sports.
  • Full outdoor entertainment system with home cinema:
Features JBL audio throughout and a big screen projector for memorable movie nights with a sea view.
  • Two paddleboards and monoski for all ages:
Popular water toys encouraging active exploration and water time for guests of various skill levels.

First, the main plot twist: ENTRE CIELOS is not a “boat with beds,” it’s a 104ft floating boutique hotel with a serious chef, a cinema on deck and cabins themed around Greek philosophers. If you want an actual experience and not just a mattress at sea, this is where you pause.

Why people actually book her: five en-suite cabins sleep up to 11 guests in real comfort – 1 master, 1 VIP, 2 queen cabins and a clever twin with a semi-double plus single, ideal for kids or mixed groups. Every cabin has proper hotel‑style touches: organic toiletries, robes and slippers, safes, hairdryers and enough pillows to build a small fort.

Top-deck reality check: this is a wide, classic wooden motor-sailer built to be lived on outside. Twelve sunbeds, a hammock, a full outdoor bar and a deck cinema (projector + 3m x 2m screen + JBL sound) turn evenings at anchor into a private open-air movie night, not “everyone around one iPad.”

Food is not an afterthought here. The chef is ex‑five‑star‑hotel and restaurant, running a Mediterranean‑driven menu that looks more like a tasting week than “charter food”: ceviches, lobster linguine, proper Greek classics, and desserts that keep mysteriously vanishing. If cuisine is a deciding factor, ENTRE CIELOS is built for you.

When you feel guilty about all that dessert: there’s light gym gear (yoga mats, space on deck for workouts) and a solid toy box: adult and kids’ water skis, monoski, SUPs, inflatable sofa and donuts, kayak, snorkelling and fishing kit, beach setup and a Novurania tender to move everyone around without drama.

The value proposition, decrypted: a 2004 Su Marine wooden motor-sailer, refit and continuously upgraded, full air‑conditioning and Wi‑Fi, run by a professional Greek crew of five who actually specialise in hospitality, not just driving. ENTRE CIELOS is for clients who want a characterful, hotel‑grade platform with strong food, generous outdoor space and enough toys to keep a mixed‑age group busy all week.

Price Terms

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a sailboat like ENTRE CIELOS, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€4,500 - €9,000), making the charter cost €34,500 to €39,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Captain: Dimitris Doukas

Captain Dimitris Doukas Dimitris drives ENTRE CIELOS with the confidence of a man who has burned through oceans for decades, keeping the boat tight, safe, and pointed straight at the best anchorages before the crowd even thinks about moving. He likes clear plans and clean execution, so your days run smooth while he quietly handles the hard miles in the background.

  • Greek nationality; born 1973
  • 29+ years professional sea experience, starting as a combustion engineer at 19
  • Holds Captain Class C and Class B licenses with worldwide sailing background
  • Captain of ENTRE CIELOS since 2022

Dimitris turns the galley into a focused Mediterranean workshop, dropping plates that hit bold, clean flavors calibrated to the sea day you just had, not some hotel schedule. He moves fast, thinks globally, and feeds you like every service has to earn its place on the trip.

  • Greek nationality
  • 30+ years international culinary experience across Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Greece
  • Former Head Chef roles at Intercontinental Montreal and Hotel Intercontinental Presidente (Mexico)
  • Chef on luxury yachts since 2024; fluent in Greek, English, and Spanish

Chief Stewardess Veronik Tsallis Veronik runs the interior like a tight, human-scale operation, reading the room fast and flipping service from laid‑back to razor‑polished so the boat always feels like your own private base, not a stage set. She tracks the small things—comfort, timing, rhythm—and quietly locks them all in.

  • Argentinian–Greek background; born and raised in Argentina
  • 13+ years experience in tourism and customer care worldwide
  • Former restaurant owner and mountain apartment manager
  • Joined ENTRE CIELOS as hostess, promoted to Chief Stewardess after first season

The additional stewardess position is held for a service‑driven crew member who backs up Veronik on cabins, table service, and guest logistics, keeping turnarounds fast and the boat reset between every move. Role is structured so peak weeks still feel effortless on the guest side.

  • Position confirmed as part of a 5‑person professional crew
  • Focused on housekeeping, table service, and guest support under the Chief Stewardess

Engineer Deckhand Giorgos Paravatos Giorgos keeps the machinery honest and the deck squared away, jumping from engine room checks to watersports setup so your day runs without stalls, delays, or broken toys. When something looks like a problem, he is usually already under it with tools out.

  • Greek nationality; born 1987
  • Engineering background with professional sailing since 2011
  • Licensed for both motor and sailing boats
  • Holds full onboard safety training; fluent in Greek and English, learning French
