Mario is calmly multitasking and the guests on board would never guess the amount of precision, work and coordination there is within this well tuned team. After performing in excellent restaurants and hotels in Greece and Austria for several years, COVID brought him home and he decided to join the yachting industry in 2021, since then, he has been combining his 2 passions with style, fine cuisine and the sea. Let chef George travel you to new destinations in his extraordinary culinary voyage. Before joining BLADE 6, George has worked on Seakid and Chakra, among others.
