BARACUDA VALLETTA Yacht Description
-
Two SeaDoo Jet Skis:
High-energy water fun for guests; rare and exciting for a sailing yacht like this Perini Navi. -
Hydraulically-operated swim platform with fold-out staircase:
Easy water access and tender launching, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and family water time. -
Seabob waterscooter:
Premium agile underwater exploration toy for both fun and romance during snorkeling or shallow dives.
Step one: 50m of Perini Navi ketch, aluminium hull, carbon rigs, canting keel. Translation: this thing actually sails. If you want a real sailing experience rather than a motoryacht cosplaying with a mast, BARACUDA VALLETTA is the point.
Step two: drop the transom. The entire stern folds out into a wide, stepped swim platform that can be submerged below the surface. That’s your beach club, tender dock, dive stage and water-sports launch pad in one hydraulic party trick.
Inside the machine: John Pawson’s minimalist interior is basically “luxury, debugged” – clean lines, huge windows, one-level main deck, no clutter. Five lower-deck cabins sleep 10 guests (full-beam master with his & hers bathrooms, two VIP doubles, two twins), so everyone gets real space, not converted sofas.
Systems online: integrated, iPad-controlled AV with video-on-demand, Apple TV, satellite, Wi‑Fi – engineered for guests who like their minimalism with maximum bandwidth.
Outside, where the fun scripts run: big shaded aft cockpit with adjustable dining table, flybridge lounge under those towering carbon masts, and a serious toy stack: tenders, Seabob, canoes, SUPs, wakeboard, skis, towables, snorkelling and light diving kit. Plus a crew of nine whose full-time job is making sure you only touch a winch if you actually want to.
Why charter this yacht instead of the next 50m: because very few sailing yachts combine a true performance rig, a canting keel, a full beach-club stern, a 2024 technical refit and Pawson-minimalist interiors. BARACUDA VALLETTA is for clients who want real sailing, real design, and real hardware – not decorative masts and mood lighting pretending to be adventure.
Accommodation
Baracuda Valletta can accomodate 10 guests in 5 cabins on the lower deck. One Master cabin with a king size bed and his and hers bathroom.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailboat like BARACUDA VALLETTA, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€27,750 - €55,500), making the charter cost €212,750 to €240,500. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
