Introduced by DMA Yachting, the astonishing charter yacht AMANTE is a 50 ft sailing catamaran. The most attractive features of AMANTE are her generous space and experienced crew. AMANTE spends the summer season in Greece. She was completed by recognized shipbuilder Fountaine Pajot in 2023. The ingenious yacht layout features 4 cozy cabins and comfortably accommodates a group of 8 guests.

AMANTE is presented primarily as a sailing catamaran. The the core layout is spread out from the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck features a variety of seating areas and usually it is where you, as a charter guest, spend most of your time. The modern cabins are connected by stairs to the main saloon - roomy, comfortable and pleasant. The cabins are located in the 2 massive hulls. Multiple portholes add to the feeling of connection with the discovered environment.

The sailboat features 2 x 75hp engines .

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a sailing catamaran like AMANTE, the expected APA is 20% to 35% of the charter price (€3,200 - €5,600), making the charter cost €19,200 to €21,600. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Our Dedicated Captain

Dimitris is an active, enthusiastic sailor born in 1988. He has been working in the yachting industry since 2019, sailing monohulls and catamarans charter vessels in different areas of Greece. As he participated in sailboat deliveries from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean, he also sailed Amante from La Rochelle in France to Greece and has been on board since then. Dimitris is a prudent captain who always puts safety first, so you can relax and enjoy any time on the yacht.
Before his passion for sailing turned into his profession, he has worked as a maintenance and renovation manager as well as a snack bar manager. His unique skill set in many different fields of work made him the adaptable, hard-working professional he is today. In the wintertime he can make use of his expertise and deals with yacht maintenance.
His experience in customer service gives him an immediate understanding of customer needs. He has great communication skills, can work under pressure, is a great team player and is always looking forward to the next adventure with his guests.
Dimitris holds Offshore sailing license, speedboat license, first aid diploma, rescue, and firefighting equipment diploma.

He speaks English and Greek.

Hostess/Cook: Kleopatra Efstathiou Kika

Kleopatra was born 1992 in Thessaloniki and felt the love for the sea from a very young age, love that she used to share with her father, a dedicated fisherman, whom she accompanied to his sailing trips.
Her goal in life was to combine this love, with her other big passion, the culinary art, which with great dedication and hard work she achieved.
Armed with a Culinary Art Certification the last 10 years she worked in various restaurants all over Greece, specializing in Mediterranean cuisine, always cultivating her culinary knowledge even with family recipes from Izmir.
The last 2 years she worked in the yachting industry in the area of Khalkidhiki and last year she obtained her license as a skipper.
Her energetic and very hospitable personality makes you enjoy the time you spend on board, since she is always ready to accommodate .
She can come through challenging situations with a smile on her face, always willing to please the clients.
Kleopatra speaks Greek and English, and sees people beyond culture, offering exceptional services, trying always to help the clients relaxing and unwinding on board.

"Very sadly I have to report that, yes, our Greek islands cruise aboard Amante is over! And we are all so sorry it had to end. It could not have been more perfect! It exceeded all my hopes and expectations.... The boat/catamaran itself was ideal - she is a beauty! So spacious, so beautifully and stylishly decorated, fitted out with everything a person could want. Even down to beautiful orchids throughout. Gorgeous boat! And then there was the greatest duo we could have wished for, Captain Dimitris and our hostess/chef Kleopatra. Honestly, they together made our week at sea unforgettable. Dimitris was warm and helpful at all times, always going out of his way to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. He knows his sailing and his islands so well, we always felt in the very best of hands. Kleopatra was a joy also - her catering was second to none. Every meal was a delight, her company was as warm as Dimitri’s, together they are a wonderful team. We consider them our friends. And we thank them."
