-

Relax with cocktails and sea views in the spacious Jacuzzi, perfect for romantic or social moments. -
Extensive water sports collection:
Includes 2 SeaDoo GTX jet skis, 2 premium Seabobs, wakeboard, water skis, paddleboards, and towables for endless fun. -
Advanced stabilizers underway and at anchor:
Ensures smooth cruising and restful nights in tricky seas, expanding accessible destinations and guest comfort.
Core upgrade first: ALALYA is a 47.5m ISA with a full‑scale 2020 refit, a Michelin‑trained chef and a top‑flight nine‑person crew. Translation: big-boat platform, recent technical refresh, restaurant-level food, and a team sized to actually deliver service, not just uniforms.
Space where it matters. Up to 12 guests sleep in 6 cabins, including a main‑deck master and three VIPs, plus a flexible multi‑purpose cabin with Pullmans. That layout works cleanly for multi‑family groups, couples plus kids, or the “friends + one extra who books late” configuration.
Top deck = actual living area, not brochure real estate. The sundeck runs a proper setup: bar, deck Jacuzzi, sunpads and shaded lounging, with stabilizers keeping the cocktails where they belong. This is the default hub for long lunches, late‑night talks and pretending the emails don’t exist (the Wi‑Fi says otherwise, but that’s on you).
Water toys: the “we’re not going ashore today” kit. Two SeaDoo GTX jet skis, two Seabobs, paddleboards, towables, wakeboard, water‑ski, plus electric bikes and scooters for when you finally do touch land. Add a Castoldi jet tender and Novurania 540 for smooth transfers and toy deployment without drama.
Why pick ALALYA instead of another 155‑footer: you get a freshly refitted ISA hull, a serious chef, a flexible 6‑cabin layout with on‑deck master, full stabilizers and a sun deck that actually functions as a private beach club. If your brief is “family and friends, lots of time outside, good food, and toys that justify the fuel bill,” this one fits the spec sheet.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like ALALYA, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€40,000 - €64,000), making the charter cost €200,000 to €224,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
