How much should we tip the crew on a Greece yacht charter?

In Greece, the normal crew gratuity is usually 10% to 15% of the base charter fee, not the APA, VAT, or full trip cost. It is discretionary, but it is customary when the crew has delivered a good charter.

The cleanest method is usually one amount, in euros, handed to the captain at the end of the charter for distribution across the crew.
