Start with the core cheat code: SALTY is a 78ft planing Alalunga that’s just been refit (2024/25), runs at around 21 knots, and still sleeps up to 10 guests in 4 en‑suite cabins. Translation: you get a fast, freshly updated Italian motor yacht with proper volume and cabins for a full family + extras, not a “4 cabins (but really 6 people)” situation.
Space where it actually matters. Three usable decks give you options instead of arguments: a wide swim platform as the launchpad for the toys, an aft deck for real alfresco dining, a bow with big sunpads, and a flybridge with second dining area, bar and sun loungers. Inside, the salon is bright and practical – large windows, AC, Wi‑Fi, proper seating and a separate dining zone rather than a token table.
Cabin logic, not cabin Tetris. SALTY’s layout is built for mixed groups: 1 Master, 1 VIP and 2 twin cabins, each twin with Pullman option and all with en-suite and air‑conditioning. That means you can run couples, friends or a “three‑generation” trip without drawing straws for the good cabin. Everyone gets a door, a bathroom and a working climate control system.
Toy locker unlocked. This is where SALTY stops being a hotel and acts like a yacht: 2‑seat Jet Ski (2024 model), Seabob F5S, inflatable platform, SUPs (including family‑size), kayak, towable tube, wakeboard, adult waterskis, floating sofa and snorkelling kit, all fed by a 4m Zodiac tender with 50hp engine. In practice: plenty of ways to tire out kids, adults and egos before dinner.
Comfort while moving fast. Built in GRP with stabilizers underway and at anchor, SALTY does the “quick hop at 21+ knots without everything rattling off the table” trick. AC throughout, modern AV, Wi‑Fi and a crew of four round it out, so you can treat her as a moving beach house with better views and fewer neighbours.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like SALTY, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€7,500 - €12,000), making the charter cost €37,500 to €42,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Crew
Captain: Athanasios Nasopoulos
Athanasios runs SALTY with the cold focus of a former submariner and the easy manners of a host who has nothing to prove, so guests feel safe to push the itinerary hard while everything stays controlled and smooth behind the scenes. He knows big motor yachts and Greek waters like they’re one connected system, turning tight passages and busy anchorages into calm, precise moves for you.
- Former navy service onboard submarines
- Professional captain career on motor yachts over 22m
- RYA Yachtmaster qualification (Falmouth, England)
- Third year serving as captain of M/Y SALTY
Dimitris treats every meal like a sharp little operation, building seafood-driven menus that lock onto what you like and roll out on time, clean, and precise between swims and runs with the toys. His command of local produce and fish means your table tracks the sea you’re cruising, not some generic hotel buffet.
- Graduate of Le Monde Culinary School, Athens
- Background in high-end restaurants throughout Greece
- Joined the yachting industry in 2021
- Extensive knowledge of over 100 species of fish
Elizabeth reads a group fast and quietly resets the yacht around you—cabins, tables, toys—so service feels invisible but exact, like the boat already knows what you’re about to ask for. Growing up island-hopping with a captain father, she brings that native Greek-islands rhythm that keeps families relaxed and operations tight.
- Extensive background in client-facing hospitality roles
- Greek island cruising experience from early childhood
- Daughter of a professional captain
- Certified lifeguard (Life Guard Hellas Training School)
Giannis keeps the outside of SALTY running like a clean machine—lines exact, toys ready, decks clear—so you move from swim to tender run to sunset drink without friction or delay. He brings steady energy and quiet precision to every operation, from mooring to launching gear.
- Greek deckhand with strong hands-on seamanship skills
- Fluent in Greek and English
