• Grilled vegetables
• Chicken with lemon potatoes – slow cooked in the oven

Day 3

• Cheeseballs – feta and creamy goat cheese, topped with nuts or pistachio or black sesame seeds
• Greek salad
• Seafood pasta – homemade tomato sauce, shrimps, mussels, calamari

Day 4

• Summer salad – burrata, baby spinach, raw honey, raisins, nuts, fruits
• Melitzanosalata – smoked eggplant, red pepper, garlic
• Beef (Greek traditional style) – cooked with tomato sauce, with rise or potatoes

Day 5

• Culinary trip to Greece – tzatziki, melitzanosalata (Baba Ghanoush), spicy feta, hummus, pitta bread platter
• Grilled asparagus – cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese
• Shrimp pasta – garlic, cream, coriander, finished with ouzo liquor

Day 6

• Green mix salad
• Broccoli balls – stuffed with mozzarella
• Eggplant stuffed with beef – tomato sauce, onions, herbs

Day 7

• Jacket sweet potato – mash stuffed with cream mushrooms, bacon, mozzarella and swiss cheese
• Strawberry salad – lola, baby leaves, sour apple, cashew nuts, Katiki Domokou cheese, strawberry dressing
• Prime cut ribeye

• Feta on crispy phyllo – raw honey, sesame seeds
• Green salad – lettuce, cherry tomatoes, onions, parmesan, roasted sesame

• Spring rolls – stuffed with gruyere and apaki (salami from Crete island)

• Gemista – tomato and peppers stuffed with beef, rise, herbs, tomato sauce

• Mango salad – shrimps, tomatoes, green beans, orange vinaigrette
• Tuna tartare
• Fried rise (Asian style) – vegetables, soya, fresh ginger, sesame oil

• Fresh basil, mozzarella, tomato salad
• Feta saganaki
• Beef steak – truffle oil, smash sweet potatoes purée

Day 6

• Lettuce onion salad
• Pumpkin velvet soup
• Greek style salmon – lemon capers sauce, baby potatoes and vegetables

• Dolmadakia – vine leaves stuffed with rice and herbs, served with lemon sauce
