The crew has been aboard since launch, and the onboard food spread is genuinely inventive, from fairytale-themed desserts to hand-crafted dried-fruit trees. A 12-guest jet tender and a 60-knot jet ski round out the water toys. BOJI means “Secure” in Greek — and it feels it.
