Core upload to your brain: SUMMER STAR is a 2019 Lagoon 52 catamaran wired for one thing – using every square metre for actual living space. Flybridge lounge with dining table and sunpads, big aft deck for alfresco meals plus daybed, foredeck trampolines and bow sunpads: it’s basically three outdoor lounges on a 52ft platform.
Why you stop scrolling here: up to 10 guests sleep in 5 double + 1 twin cabin configuration, all with ensuite bathrooms and full air‑conditioning. Two aft cabins open straight to the cockpit, so your morning routine is “door, coffee, sea” in under 30 seconds.
Hardware for humans, not brochures: panoramic saloon with proper chef’s galley, 32" TV with games console and full multimedia system, Wi‑Fi, water maker and generator mean the boat runs like a small, efficient floating apartment – without the apartment view. The Lagoon/VPLP hull design gives you the wide, stable catamaran feel and a shallow draft, so you tuck closer to beaches instead of hovering offshore with the cruise ships.
When the anchor drops, the toy bay opens: 3.9m Highfield tender with 40hp outboard, wakeboard, waterskis, SUPs, kneeboard, tubes, banana, snorkeling and light fishing gear, plus beach games. Translation: you don’t sit and watch the scenery; you actively break it in.
Service layer: a focused crew of two – professional skipper and chef/hostess – run the sailing, the safety and the food. Menus are closer to boutique restaurant than “yacht snacks”, and the captain knows the local waters well enough to keep you on the right side of “Instagram vs reality”.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailing catamaran like SUMMER STAR, the expected APA is 20% to 35% of the charter price (€3,400 - €5,950), making the charter cost €20,400 to €22,950. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

The Summer Star is an unbelievable vessel, but the heart and soul of our sailing experience was due to the hospitality and customer service provided by the crew <3. This was the best trip we have ever taken in our entire lives. (and Mr. Frank that’s only 67 years). Anna’s unbelievable cooking has left us all 15lbs heavier. The food was 5-star every day!!

Thank you does not capture all the wonderful memories. Between the attention to detail (food, attentiveness, hospitality etc.) and the effortless (appeared so) actions, the crew did a tremendous job. Certainly, one of the best vacations ever. I wish the crew further success wherever their journey in life takes them. They certainly have given me a journey through the Greek Islands that I will always remember!
