From Ancient Greek Mythology and myths in Astronomy to the numerical values of ‘5’ in Pythagorean Numerology and ‘3’ in Chaldean Numerology, it is no coincidence that this 2023 Lagoon 55 has been aptly named ‘Hydrus’ after the Greek Primordial God of Fresh Water.
The comforts of Lagoon 55 may be easily resembled to a much larger Lagoon with all the privileges and pleasures it has to offer. Hydrus has ‘5’ very spacious cabins consisting of 4 double en-suite cabins and 1 twin en-suite cabin which converts to a double if required. All cabins are airy and have a flow of indulgence, with mood lighting and a color palette that soothes yet stimulates your senses. This flow carries through to all other interior and exterior spaces. Hydrus’ features include upper and lower deck bar area and dining areas, upper and lower deck sunbathing and socializing areas, a fully decked galley with all contemporary amenities and a superbly serene as well as a spacious living room area.

Introduced by DMA Yachting, the majestic charter yacht HYDRUS is a 55 ft sailing catamaran. The key elements of HYDRUS are her absolute comfort and culinary experience. HYDRUS spends the summer and winter season in Greece. She was completed by the well-known ship builder Lagoon in 2023. The well-planned yacht layout features 5 large cabins and easily accommodates a maximum of 10 guests.
HYDRUS is offered primarily as a sailing catamaran. The the core layout is spread out from the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck features a variety of seating areas and that's where most of the delicious meals are served. The modern cabins are located below the main saloon, connected by stairs (inquire about handicapped access). The cabins offer designer mattrace beds and feature ensuite bathrooms. Multiple portholes connect you with the outside world.
The sailboat features 2 x 115 HP (Nanni N4-115) WITH ELECTRONIC ENGINE THROTTLE engines and a generator.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailing catamaran like HYDRUS, the expected APA is 20% to 35% of the charter price (€4,500 - €7,875), making the charter cost €27,000 to €30,375. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
