His success lies in his passion for gastronomy and turning it into artfully crafted dishes, always looking to enhance the true flavors of the ingredients. In addition to his culinary degrees, George holds certificates in Safety and Security, Life and Fire Instruments, as well as has a speed boat license. George is a highly motivated, organized and social person who works well under pressure as well as together as a team. He looks forward to welcoming guests onboard ANNOUKA and sharing with them his love of cooking and the beauty of Greece & its cuisine. Apart from his cooking skills, George’s long cruising experience offers great assist in all areas of the cruise’s needs such as toys handling, anchoring, speed boat operation, and customers’ high end concierge services. Matthew is a hard working young man, always willing to assist with deck activities as well as with toys handling and operation. He is in charge of the maintenance and safe operation of all equipment for both guest and crew areas of the vessel as well as the outside cleaning of the boat. In his free time he enjoys fishing, free diving, swimming & water skiing.
