began in 2004 and has been on our yacht since construction in 2008. With nearly two
decades of experience, he possesses an exceptional understanding of Greek waters, remote
bays, and hidden gems known only to seasoned captains. His qualifications include a
Skipper’s License and a Yacht Master Diploma from the Royal Yacht Academy.
Beyond his technical expertise, Bledi is admired for his reassuring presence, calm

extensive experience on a variety of luxury motor yachts before joining “Slow Live” in 2023.

commitment to safety, Ian ensures that every technical aspect of the yacht operates

Angelito is a dedicated and highly dependable sailor with fifteen years of experience in the
yachting industry. Having spent the last two years on Slow Live, he is fully familiar with the
yacht and performs his duties with precision and care. His work ethic is exceptional—he is
proactive, detail‑oriented, and always ready to support both guests and crew.

Manuela is a passionate and creative chef with over twenty years of professional culinary

them into beautifully presented dishes inspired by Mediterranean tradition and
international cuisine. Her ability to tailor menus to guest preferences ensures every meal is
memorable.
She joined the yachting industry in 2006 and has been with us since 2017, combining her
love for the sea with her culinary craft. Manuela is admired not only for her cooking but for
her warm personality, calm presence, and attention to detail—all of which give guests
complete confidence that their dining experience onboard will be exceptional.

2020–2022 seasons and, after gaining further experience, happily rejoined our team—an

crew. In addition to her extensive yachting experience, Lezette has studied as a nurse,
bringing both professionalism and care to her role.
With a background in luxury hospitality and nearly a decade in yachting, Lezette excels in
service, guest care, and elegant interior presentation. She is known for her discretion,
kindness, and meticulous eye for detail. Guests feel immediately comfortable in her
