Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like BROOKLYN, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€17,500 - €28,000), making the charter cost €87,500 to €98,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Crew
Captain: Dionysios Pantazis
Ioannis runs BROOKLYN with the calm of someone who has crossed the Med in every mood, turning hard-earned race instincts and an unbroken safety record into fast, confident decisions that keep your trip smooth, on time, and dialed into the best water. He reads weather, guests, and machinery the same way—early—so problems die quietly in the background while you push the fun in the foreground.
- 15+ years professional maritime experience across motor and sailing yachts in the Mediterranean
- Captain of M/Y LionFish (46ft Targa) since 2023 and former captain of M/Y Amoraki (24m Posillipo, 2019–2022)
- Extensive schooner and gulet command, including Prince of Athens (25m) with an 8‑person crew
- Captain C' Class Certificate of Competency, advanced safety/firefighting/security training, GMDSS and speed craft license
Evangelos treats BROOKLYN’s engine room like a quiet control tower, tuning systems, power, and wastewater so the yacht runs cold, clean, and steady while you stay focused on the deck, not the downtime. He plans maintenance like a chess game, three moves ahead, so long passages feel boring in the best possible way.
- MSc in Advanced Technologies in Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering
- Engineering leadership across private yachts, cruise ships, and commercial vessels
- Hands-on experience with dry-dock overhauls, ship automation, and energy optimization

Elli builds plates with the precision of a serious kitchen and the timing of a good passage, dropping modern Greek and global flavors that track the rhythm of your day—light when the sun is high, focused and bold when the night slows down. She turns the galley into a quiet engine of mood, tying each anchorage to a memory you can taste.

- Experience at Danai Beach Resort and Four Seasons Hotels in London and Athens
- Worked at three‑Michelin‑star Noma, Copenhagen
- Recent sous‑chef roles at Moldee (Thessaloniki), Mikres Cyclades (Koufonisi) and Lurra (Kyoto, Japan)
Foteini runs the interior with accountant-level precision and ferry‑honed efficiency, flipping cabins, laundry, and service so quietly that your spaces stay sharp and reset without you ever seeing the work. She carries that calm, ordered style into guest interaction, keeping service discreet, quick, and exactly where you need it.

Reviews
From the moment we stepped on board, we were welcomed by The Brooklyn’s warm and attentive Captain and crew. Everyone was friendly, professional, and clearly loved what they do. After a tour of the yacht and a bit of history about its recent renovations, we enjoyed authentic Greek appetizers and drinks on the lower deck’s outdoor dining area. The crew suggested routes based on the best weather and calmest waters, which turned out to be perfect for our group.
Throughout the trip, the crew handled every detail and made the experience feel personal and relaxed. The yacht itself was stunning, with comfortable cabins, beautiful artwork, and spacious indoor and outdoor dining and lounge areas. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed.
One of the highlights was the incredible food. Chef prepared fresh, flavorful meals that were both creative and allergy-conscious. Every meal felt like something special, from breakfast to late-night desserts, and there was always plenty to enjoy.
When we anchored, there were plenty of water sports available, and our Captain arranged a diving excursion with a highly recommended PADI-certified dive crew. We met them on the water and dove nearby where the visibility was excellent. The dive team was friendly and experienced, and it was a memorable part of the trip.
We can’t thank enough our generous Captain and amazing crew for giving us this magical experience. We would highly recommend The Brooklyn to anyone looking for a first-class yachting trip in Greece.
Thank you!
