Price Terms

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a motor yacht like ALAYA, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€14,750 - €23,600), making the charter cost €73,750 to €82,600. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Crew

Captain: Stavros Frisoulis

Cpt. Stavros runs ALAYA with the clean discipline of a merchant officer and the ease of someone who has threaded every corner of the Aegean, so your route hits the quiet coves, fast crossings, and safe anchorages without wasted motion. He keeps pressure off the guests and on the plan, so the trip feels sharp, calm, and dialed to the sea, not the clock.

  • Born 1988, Crete; educated at Merchant Marine Academy of Cephalonia
  • Holds Captain’s Class A Diploma and Ship Security Officer certification
  • Background on passenger ships before moving into yachting
  • Certified in First Aid, Passenger Safety, Life Saving and Firefighting Techniques

Nikos treats ALAYA’s engine room like a sealed mission space, keeping power, stabilizers, and hotel systems running tight so you get quiet speed, cold cabins, and hot water toys without drama. He thinks in checklists and contingencies, so even long hops feel simple from the guest side.

  • Born 1977; Greek nationality
  • Holds Engineer’s Class A Diploma and Certificate of Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats
  • 10+ years’ experience on passenger ships before joining yachts in 2020
  • Certified in Life Saving and Fire Fighting Appliances

Jason builds modern Mediterranean plates that track the day’s rhythm—clean and light when you’re running hard, deep and layered when the anchor is down—so every meal lands like part of the journey, not background noise. He chases new techniques and flavors, then dials them to your tastes with sharp, precise execution.

  • 34 years old; Greek nationality
  • Professional background in multiple high-standard restaurants
  • Specializes in modern Mediterranean cuisine
  • Languages: Greek, English, basic French

Eftychia runs the interior like a quiet operation room, reading the flow of the day and lining service, table setups, and cabins so everything feels effortless but never random. She turns guest preferences into a tight plan, then executes without visible friction.

  • Previous yachts include M/Y GRACE and M/Y ETOILE DU NORD
  • Strong background in guest-facing roles with emphasis on organization

Evaggelia tracks the small details—linens tight, glasses reset, snacks and drinks landing on time—so guests feel seen and looked-after without having to ask. She moves fast but controlled, keeping the mood relaxed while the service stays sharp.

  • Entered yachting in 2016 after previous hospitality-focused roles
  • Specializes in guest-facing service, time management, and detail-focused interior work

Panagiotis keeps the outside of ALAYA tight—lines clean, tenders ready, toys launched and recovered—so your time on deck feels easy and safe even when the pace picks up. He works quietly in the background, but the result is smooth dockings and crisp swim stops.

  • Born 1994; Greek nationality
  • Holds Speedboat License plus Life Saving & Fire Fighting Appliances certificate
  • Joined yachting in 2021
  • Languages: Greek and English

Triantafillos is the steady deck presence who handles lines, fenders, and guest moves with patient precision, turning busy marinas and swell-soaked bays into controlled, safe transitions. He’s there when you step off the passerelle or into the tender, making it feel simple every time.

  • Born 1987; Greek nationality
  • Holds Speedboat License
  • Background on passenger ships; entered yachting in 2019
  • Languages: Greek and English

Nadia turns the deck into a calm studio, using focused yoga and breathing work to strip out travel noise so you reset fast between hard-play days. She reads the group energy and builds sessions that match it—slow and grounding at sunrise, or sharper when you want to push.

  • Available on request as yoga instructor and breathing coach
  • Professional background in event planning and experience crafting guest-focused experiences
  • Leads onboard yoga sessions designed for relaxation with sea views
  • Languages: Greek and English
