SUNMOON Yacht Description
-
Foredeck Jacuzzi with panoramic views:
Spacious deck Jacuzzi for 4–6 guests—perfect for family relaxation, romance, and cocktails with a view. -
2 x SeaBob F5 water scooters:
Premium SeaBob underwater scooters—the most popular water toy for fast-paced fun, kids and adults alike. -
Hydraulic swim platform/beach club:
Expansive hydraulic platform lowers to water level for swimming, launching toys, or sunbathing right by the sea.
Start with the cheat code: SUNMOON is a 2024 Alegria 67 with a foredeck jacuzzi wired straight to the master cabin. You don’t “go up front for a soak” – you step out of your suite and you’re there. If you’re filtering by “catamaran with serious deck space and an actual hot tub”, this one stays on the shortlist.
Big platform, not a floating studio. At 67ft she runs 5 queen‑bed cabins for up to 10 guests, but the real story is the footprint: massive flybridge with bar, grill and sunpads, a sunken forward lounge with jacuzzi and trampolines, and an aft cockpit built for real meals, not just canapés. A hydraulic swim platform turns the stern into a low‑stress launch pad for humans, seabobs and toys.
Toys folder: heavy. Two seabobs, paddleboards, kayak, towables, adult water skis, multi‑board, floating island, plus a Flitescooter e‑foil and a 4.6m Highfield tender with 70hp. Translation: you won’t be staring at the water wondering what to do with it.
Inside, it’s “modern cat” done properly. Full‑beam saloon, big windows, 50" smart TV with Bose sound, Wi‑Fi, climate control everywhere, and five en‑suite cabins with proper showers and amenities. The master adds a lounge area, 40" TV and that direct‑to‑jacuzzi access that quietly ruins other boats for you.
Why charter SUNMOON instead of another 60‑something cat: newer 2024 build, real jacuzzi, serious toy inventory, hydraulic beach‑club stern, and a three‑person crew including a professionally trained Mediterranean chef. In plain language: more space, more gadgets, better food, and fewer compromises for a full‑boat group of ten.

Captain: Thomas Karanatsis
Tasos runs SUNMOON with the confidence of a skipper who climbed from deckhand to command, stitching years of hands-on work into calm, precise decision-making so your route feels sharp, safe, and tuned to how hard you want to roam the islands. He builds itineraries like missions—reading weather, guests, and boat as one system—so you just watch the Aegean slide past and forget there was ever a plan behind it.
- Greek nationality, born 1989
- Professional yachting experience since 2014; permanent catamaran captain since 2021
- Yachtmaster certification
- Delivery experience across multiple European waters
Panagiotis turns SUNMOON’s galley into a tight, focused kitchen, dropping plates that hit clean Mediterranean flavor with fine-dining discipline so every meal feels sharp, not heavy. He reads the day—sea state, swim time, sunset—and dials the menu to match the pace, from light, fast lunches to slow, layered dinners on the aft deck.
- Graduate of Le Monde Culinary School, Athens (November 2012)
- Chef de partie roles in Athens and Nea Erythrea from 2016 onward
- Progressed to sous chef and head chef positions in Mykonos and Romanos
- Previous yacht experience aboard NOMAD II
The deckhand/stew role on SUNMOON locks the deck and interior together—lines, toys, cabins, service—so your days flip cleanly from water time to laid-back comfort without you seeing the work in between. This position is built to keep the small details tight: towels where you land, gear ready when you move, drinks in hand when the light drops.
- Dedicated deck and interior support position
- Works directly with captain and chef to coordinate guest-facing operations
