Before joining the yachting industry, he gained valuable experience working in numerous luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, and catering establishments, where he developed a refined culinary style and deep understanding of hospitality. Specializing in Mediterranean cuisine—with a particular flair for Italian and Greek gastronomy—Dimitris combines creativity with authenticity to deliver dishes that delight even the most discerning palates. He has also attended specialized seminars on Private and Yacht Cheffing, broadening his expertise in bespoke onboard dining experiences. Renowned for his signature Lobster Pasta, Dimitris approaches every meal as an opportunity to make guests feel at home while offering an unforgettable gastronomic experience. Outside of the galley, he enjoys spending quality time with his family.
