Rene builds tight, flavor-driven menus that track your day—light and clean when you’re moving, bold and comforting when the anchor drops—so every plate lands with intent, not guesswork. He listens hard to what you like, then turns it into food that feels precise, personal, and a little addictive.

Kalliopi runs the interior like a disciplined, quiet machine—tables sharp, cabins flawless, service tuned to your pace—so the yacht feels like a five-star hotel that just happens to move at 20+ knots. She watches the room, reads the guests, and adjusts the rhythm before you ever need to ask.

• Yachting career started in 2018 on 30–50m motor yachts
• Experience from junior stewardess up to Chief Stewardess on charter and private vessels
• Certified in safety and survival equipment and Silver Star Guest I hospitality training
• Degree in Environmental and Chemical Engineering

Katia moves fast and quiet through the guest areas, flipping from cabins to bar to service without dropping the pace, so everything feels fresh, reset, and ready when you step in. She brings cruise-ship discipline to a private-yacht scale, which means tight standards and easy smiles.

• Experience on both private and commercial yachts up to 50m
• Background in hospitality and passenger vessels
• Holds STCW Basic Training, Passenger Ship Safety, and Ship Security Awareness
• Currently studying navigation to advance maritime career

Anton keeps the deck side tight—lines clean, toys ready, tenders sharp—so every swim, run ashore, and docking looks smooth from the guest side. He brings big-ship discipline to a fast yacht, which means controlled moves even when the schedule is aggressive.

• Nationality: Ukrainian
• Experience as Relief Chief Officer and Bosun on private and charter yachts up to 37m
• Background in the merchant navy with broad deck and navigational duties
• Hands-on skills in technical upkeep, carpentry, and shipyard supervision
• Holds GMDSS, Advanced Firefighting, Survival Craft & Rescue Boats, Radar & ECDIS, and RYA Powerboat certifications
• Currently completing Yachtmaster Offshore

Dionysis is the extra set of hands that keeps the outside operation moving—fenders, lines, toys, and guest support handled fast and with zero drama. He brings shore-side hustle onboard, so small jobs vanish before they turn into problems you’d ever notice.

• B driving license
• Professional background as Storekeeper, Seller, Shift Manager, and Reporter
• Graduate of private Institute "Akmi" with a degree in Journalism
• Proficient in English and Greek

A dedicated deckhand slot is reserved to keep ABILITY’s pace high when the program gets busy, adding extra muscle for toys, lines, and guest support so the operation stays smooth even on full-throttle days.
