Fluent in Greek and English, Captain Karamolegkos combines his expertise with a passion for water sports and fishing, creating a welcoming atmosphere onboard and ensuring every journey is safe, smooth, and unforgettable.

Name: George Christopoulos

George is a highly skilled and disciplined Chief Officer with extensive experience on both private and charter motor yachts ranging from 54m to 95m. Holding a Captain Class B’ License and a Master 1500 GT certification, he has developed strong leadership, navigation, and operational management skills. His background includes service aboard tankers and cruise ships, further refining his expertise in safety protocols, vessel handling, and international maritime regulations. He has navigated throughout the Mediterranean and Red Sea, ensuring smooth voyages and high-end guest experiences. In addition to his maritime credentials, Georgios holds a BSc in Psychology, bringing a well-rounded approach to crew management and teamwork. He is also a licensed sailing boat and speedboat operator, as well as an open water diver, further enhancing his versatility on board.

Name: Gregory Chandrinos
Position: Chief engineer

Gregory first step foot on a merchant yacht in 1997 as an apprentice engineer and his career took off from there. In 2004, he graduated as a 3rd Engineer and was then promoted to Chief Engineer after a few years. Gregory decided to join the yachting industry, where he has gained extensive knowledge of an engine room, among many other aspects. He holds many certificates in the industry, including a PADI Dive Master certificate, and dives every opportunity he gets. In addition to his engineering skills, Gregory is well-versed in tender handling and watersports, and enjoys DJing. He is fluent in English and Greek.

Name: Stelios Markis
Position: 2nd Engineer
Nationality: Greek
Stelios took his Marine Technician degree back in 2001 and worked ashore as engineer on a yachting authorized workshop. Later on, his love for the sea forced him to join the merchant marine academy and graduated as 3rd engineer in 2012, since then Stelios has been on different yachts that helped him gain experience and improve his skills. At his free time he does professional competition free- diving, spearfishing, apnea yoga and lots of watersports. Stelios speaks English and Greek fluently.

Sotiris is our award-winning executive chef onboard M/Y Persefoni I, with over 20 years of experience in high-end gastronomy, including roles in Michelin-starred restaurants and private residences around the world. Trained in France and Belgium, he has worked under renowned chefs such as Gordon Ramsay and served notable clients including Barack Obama and Roger Federer. His culinary style blends Mediterranean tradition with modern refinement, offering visually stunning and flavorful dishes tailored to each guest’s preferences. Fluent in French and proficient in English, Sotiris enjoys engaging with guests to craft unforgettable dining experiences. When not in the kitchen, he enjoys reading, films, and staying fit—bringing the same passion and discipline to his hobbies as he does to his cuisine.

Position: Chief Stewardess

Manik, an Armenian professional, ventured into the luxury yachting industry in 2020, bringing with her a background steeped in diverse experiences. She initiated her culinary journey at the Sivitanidios Culinary College. Before transitioning to yachting, Manik honed her customer service expertise in upscale luxury stores, fitness and wellness centers, and boutique hotels. During her leisure moments, she immerses herself in learning Spanish, refining her skills through training seminars—ranging from wine to beauty—and actively participating in Tourism & Hotel Business seminars at K.E.M.E.

Andriana is an experienced and motivated stewardess with a strong background in luxury yacht service, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience to M/Y Persefoni I. Having worked aboard a wide range of motor yachts—from 25m to 82m—she has held both solo and senior interior roles, including Chief Stewardess and Second Stewardess, demonstrating her ability to manage guest service with precision and grace. Trained in silver service, food & wine pairing, and cocktail mixology, Andriana is confident in providing elevated hospitality experiences tailored to the highest standards. She is known for her warm personality, strong work ethic, and excellent organizational skills. With a solid foundation in English and a natural eye for detail, she contributes to a seamless onboard atmosphere where guests feel at ease and fully cared for.

Name: Paraskevi 'Evi' Theodoraki
Position: 3rd Stewardess
Nationality: Greek
Evi embarked on her yachting journey in 2014, leveraging her prior experience in the hospitality service industry as a waitress and bartender. Holding a Captain's Class C certificate, she honed her skills as an apprentice officer and deck cadet aboard passenger ships, becoming well-versed in all facets of maritime operations. Her robust communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong work ethic make her an invaluable asset to the team. Beyond her professional endeavors, Evi delights in discovering new destinations. She is fluent in both English and Greek.

Mary Ann takes great pride in her work and maintains a professional appearance at all times, making her a valuable part of the interior team.

George’s yachting career began in 2016 as a deckhand. His ability to quickly learn the trade led him to become a skipper on daily cruise catamarans and sailing boats in the Greek islands. George is selfmotivated, organized, and a true team player. Prior to becoming a seaman, George worked as a security guard for high-profile individuals at a TV production company in Greece and completed military service on the Hellenic Special Forces. In addition to his work, George enjoys traveling, hiking, swimming, and participating in watersports. He also holds a scuba diving open water license.

After earning a degree in furniture design and wood technology from the University of Thessaly, Stamatis honed his skills as an industrial designer and installer of windows and doors. In 2021, he made a seamless transition to the yachting industry, complementing his diverse background. Alongside his studies, Stamatis also embraced the art of mixology, serving as a barista and bartender. With an 18m Open Water Dive PADI certificate, he passionately explores the depths of the sea during his free time. Stamatis is a dynamic professional with a love for innovation and the open waters.

Name: Dimitris Galinos
Position: Deckhand

Dimitri began his yachting career in 2019 and has gained hands-on experience working on yachts ranging from 37m to 85m. His previous roles as a seaman and junior deckhand on vessels such as M/Y Emir, M/Y ITOTO, and M/Y O’Neiro have given him a solid foundation in all deck operations. Dimitri holds a speedboat license, a driving license, and is set to receive his boatswain certificate in early 2025. He has completed training in survival crafts, rescue boats, SSO A+B, RO-RO Passenger, and basic safety. With a background in the Greek Special Forces, Dimitri brings discipline and dedication to every task. He speaks English and Greek.
