3 of our favorite 45-metre-class luxury yachts for charter in Greece, each strong for a very different reason

After seeing BOJI, IDEFIX II, and HOKULANI at MEDYS, the real takeaway was not that they are similar. It was that they are all standouts in this size range for very different reasons.

BOJI is one of the warmest and most beautifully hosted newer builds we stepped on. IDEFIX II makes a strong case through comfort, privacy, and a very charter-friendly 6-cabin setup. HOKULANI brings a sportier pace that fits the Greek islands especially well. If you are looking at luxury yachts for charter in Greece and want a sharper shortlist, these are 3 we would happily put forward first.

Why BOJI Stands Out

BOJI is one of our favorite yachts in this bracket because she gets something right that newer builds often miss: warmth. She has the polish and finish you want from a 2022 Codecasa, but she does not feel cold or showy. The buttercup yellow detailing on deck gives her a softer, high-end beach-house feel straight away.

The 9m beam gives her exceptional volume, and you feel that everywhere: wide walkways, unusually generous twin cabins, and a 2m bed in the master with real floor space around it. Then there is the hosting side. The sundeck projector for movie and karaoke nights, the 12-person jet tender, the full toy program, and one of the most creative food presentations we saw onboard. Add the fact that the crew has been together since launch, and BOJI starts to read as a yacht that already knows how to deliver a very polished charter week.

Best for: guests who want newer-build quality, big interior volume, and a yacht that feels warm, well-run, and highly considered rather than formal.

IDEFIX II

Why IDEFIX II Stands Out

IDEFIX II is the refined comfort choice in this group, and that matters more in Greece than people sometimes expect. At 47m, with a 2024 refit, she feels settled, spacious, and charter-ready in a very convincing way. She is not trying to win on novelty. She wins on how well the whole week would actually live onboard.

The standout point is the 6-cabin layout, which gives her a real edge for larger families or mixed groups. The bridge-deck master with its own private deck adds another level of separation, while the big sundeck and overall volume make it easy for guests to spread out. The hammam is a very good extra, but the larger point is that IDEFIX II feels calm, comfortable, and well suited to longer Greece itineraries where layout and privacy start to matter more with every day onboard.

Best for: guests who care most about comfort, privacy, and cabin flexibility, and want a classic superyacht week done at a very high level.

HOKULANI

Why HOKULANI Stands Out

HOKULANI is the sportier option here, and in the Greek islands that can be a serious advantage. Plenty of yachts look sleek on paper. HOKULANI actually brings the kind of pace that can shape the week in a meaningful way, with a 20-knot cruising speed that suits more ambitious island-hopping without sacrificing the feel of a proper luxury charter.

She still gives you what you want at this level: strong exterior living, multiple lounging zones, a good toy setup, and a duplex master that gives the owner’s space a bit more identity. What makes her stand out is that she feels naturally matched to active Greece charters. Swim stops, movement, more ground covered, and a slightly more energetic rhythm without losing comfort.

Best for: guests who want a faster-moving, more dynamic Greece itinerary while still staying in a serious 45-metre-class yacht.

The Quick Read

If we were narrowing this group down fast, the split is fairly clean. BOJI is the warmest and most hosted. IDEFIX II is the comfort and layout play. HOKULANI is the more dynamic Greece yacht. All 3 belong on the shortlist for a Greece luxury yacht charter. The right one depends less on size and more on the kind of week you want to have onboard.
