Vasilis Karzis
Born in 1987 in Preveza, Greece, a town with a strong maritime heritage, Captain Vasilis Karzis has been connected to the sea from an early age. He trained in offshore sailing and racing in Volos, participating in multiple regattas, before pursuing a professional career at sea. With a technical education, strong seamanship, and extensive experience in yacht charters, Vasilis is a certified professional skipper known for his calm leadership, safety-first mindset, and excellent guest care. His background in professional sales and 16 years of Tae Kwon Do have shaped his communication skills, discipline, and ability to perform under pressure. Friendly and service-oriented, Vasilis creates relaxed and enjoyable onboard experiences. He is also a trained Swedish massage therapist, enjoys fishing, and loves cooking fresh seafood for his guests. Vasilis speaks English.

Niki Argirouli
Niki was born in 1993. She is an energetic and highly experienced hospitality professional with over seven years of experience across yachting and guest services. She brings a warm, polished and guest-focused approach onboard, maintaining high standards of service, comfort and organization throughout every charter. With extensive experience as a stewardess and sole stewardess on both sailing and motor yachts, she excels in housekeeping, table service, provisioning, menu planning and guest interaction. Calm under pressure and highly adaptable, Niki works seamlessly with the crew while delivering personalized and memorable guest experiences. Certified in yacht service, she adds unique value through wellness offerings and her natural ability to communicate with guests. Her background in hospitality further enhances her attention to detail and service excellence. She speaks English and enjoys travelling.

Maria Kalazoumi
Maria is a Greek national and holds a diploma in culinary arts and in Engineering. She started his career in 2012 and since then she is working as a chef in various luxury restaurants and hotels around Greece and Canada. She has also worked as a bartender in Antiparos Maria has knowledge of international Cuisines however her great passion is the Mediterranean. Maria speaks English and she enjoys rock climbing and snowboarding.

Transcript — Captain's Interview: KEBISIKS and the Greek Charter Experience
Captain: This is KEBISIKS. It's an Aura 51, Fountaine Pajot Aura 51. We have great memories with this boat, to be honest.
Captain: It's all about memories. Like when you create memories with your boats, it makes it more special.
Captain: We don't have a main itinerary, to be honest, because what we do is always to speak with the guests before they arrive, ideally before they arrive, so we can see and know what they want to see, where they want to go, and if the weather allows, we go. So there is no certain itinerary. We may move to the Cyclades. We may move to the Saronic. It depends, depends what they want and where we can go with the weather.
Captain: You know, as a crew, you always have to understand the client's needs and adapt. That's a very important thing when it comes to jobs like this one. Like you adapt with the client, you understand him, what he wants, what he needs, if he needs space or if he needs to talk. All this is very, very important stuff. The most important thing is when you provide such a thing and you see people happy, it's amazing. The client needs someone to speak and trust. So when we have also from our side a broker that we can trust, we know that the clients that we are going to have, the guests that we are going to have, it's going to be great. So from both sides, for the guests, they can trust the broker, and also we can trust the broker that this connection that we mentioned earlier, it's going to be good.
