THE BIRD is for people who actually plan to use the yacht, not just photograph it. The raised swim platform works as your private watersports dock: launch the 3.8m Zodiac tender, fire up the 2 x Seabobs, towables and water-skis, or just sit under the deck shower deciding which toy to abuse next. Snorkelling gear, SUPs and fishing kit turn “quick swim” into “we accidentally spent the whole afternoon in the water”.
Up top, it’s all about real outdoor living. The flybridge runs like a second salon with shaded dining and open space aft that flips between tender garage, workout zone and sunbathing deck. Add the foredeck lounge and you get three separate open-air hangouts, so kids, work calls and people who “just need five quiet minutes” can all coexist without drama.
Inside, Sanlorenzo keeps it calm and functional. The 84ft planing hull packs in 4 en-suite cabins for up to 8 guests, including a full-beam master with walk-in wardrobe and desk for those pretending to “work remotely”. The salon flows straight out to the shaded aft deck for easy indoor–outdoor living, backed up by full air conditioning and Wi‑Fi so your devices and your body temperature both stay online.
Speed is the other non-negotiable. Twin 1500hp MTUs push THE BIRD to a cruising speed of 22 knots and up to 26 knots when you’re late, bored, or both. For a refitted Sanlorenzo in this size bracket, it’s a clean, efficient way to cover serious miles without sacrificing comfort or the ability to arrive looking like you meant to do that.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like THE BIRD, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€11,150 - €17,840), making the charter cost €55,750 to €62,440. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
