Generous 6.5m RIS MARINE Tender (175HP):
Spacious tender carries all guests comfortably for effortless island exploration and beach access.
Start with the good stuff: MAIA is brand new for 2025, 53m of steel-hull classic lines hiding a modern reality of deck jacuzzi, full sauna suite and a proper Technogym-equipped gym. Translation: you can sweat, soak, recover and repeat without ever leaving the yacht.
This is a yacht built by a captain, not a committee. Captain Filip Jakir designed MAIA around actual charter use: 12 guests in 6 large cabins, generous headroom, and a 7th multipurpose cabin that flips between staff cabin, gym overflow, massage room and sauna zone. It’s basically the “utility slot” for serious charterers who travel with trainers, nannies, security, or just really like hot rock therapy.
On deck, MAIA is engineered for people who don’t like being bored. The 6.5m RIS Marine tender (175hp, 12 pax) is your shuttle and toys launcher, backed up by Jet-Skis, e-foils, kayaks, paddleboards, waterskis, towables and floating platforms. The waterline beach-club setup expands with inflatables, turning the stern into a pop-up aquatic playground instead of just a swim platform with aspirations.
Inside, the layout is built for real groups: a big master, two VIPs and multiple convertible cabins that switch between twins and queens without drama. All come with satellite TV, individual climate control and full AV, so everyone gets their own bubble when they need to disappear. Above the hardware, an 11-strong Croatian crew (including a Master Chef and Sous Chef) runs the ship like a boutique hotel that floats and reconfigures itself around your schedule.
Underneath the lifestyle layer, MAIA is quietly efficient: twin Caterpillar C18s, full-displacement hull and optimized propulsion keep fuel burn around 70L/hr with a range near 5,700 nm, trimming APA and making longer passages less of a budget event. In short: new build, wellness-first amenities, serious toy locker, flexible cabin plan, and a captain-designed layout that’s actually built around charter reality rather than brochure fantasy.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like MAIA, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€28,750 - €46,000), making the charter cost €143,750 to €161,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Reviews
Crew / Service - A++
Fully staffed, exceptionally trained and coordinated, pleasant and interesting / happy, overly accommodating, knew exactly that appropriate attention and how to handle most any request. Silent and present when needed and just super experienced. I couldn’t help to notice the uniforms, sporty, fresh, trendy and 6 versions all coordinated down to the shoes! The service and attention was perfectly balanced. Ps the wash smelled great every day. Captains flexibility, confidence and knowledge showed. He knew every island, ideal parking spots, willingness to harbor and pivot, easy and pleasant with great communication and providing options every day. Checked in constantly. Very very accommodating. The crew took good care looking after boys looking for late night action.
Accommodations and Equipment - A
Being a brand new boat helps, extremely well appointed and finished, clean, strong AC, and didn’t skirt the little things, massive speaker and machine for karaoke, costumes, great towels, fresh towels twice a day for swimming, plates and silverware variety every day, etc. TV room excellent layout and technology, and the outdoor sun / sitting areas multiple. The swimming and water activities very important to our group, it was A ranked with all new highest end equipment with variety, and making it available often with no complaints. The few days of malfunctioning air handling was a bummer but was rectified. Possibly consider a bit more shade options like an umbrella mid upper deck near couch. Lots of places to find privacy, very nice.
Food - A++
Exceeded expectations. Extremely fresh and clean, high quality selections, wide variety, depth and breadth of range outstanding. Best that we have encountered to date. Many options to suite everyone. Ate more meals on boat than ever before due to exceptional offerings.
Area Knowledge - A+
