Start with the core upgrade: GRACE XI is a 2014 Sunseeker flybridge that’s been refit in 2025, so you’re getting the proven 75ft platform with the wiring, soft furnishings and systems dragged firmly into “this decade.” Translation: modern tech and fresh interiors, not a time capsule with engines.
The real value play: she sleeps 8 guests in 4 ensuite cabins, with two king suites (full‑beam master + VIP) plus two twins. For a yacht this size, that’s efficient, grown‑up accommodation: no bunk caves, no “kids in the saloon” workaround, just four proper cabins that work for two families or four couples.
Outside is where she earns her keep. The flybridge runs like a compact rooftop bar: hardtop for shade, opening section for sun, a big U‑shaped dining zone and movable sunbeds aft so you can chase the views instead of the crew chasing loose cushions. Down one level, the aft deck gives you a sheltered dining area that actually gets used three times a day, not just in the brochure.
Not just a static villa: a 21‑knot cruising speed (up to 32 if you’re impatient) means you can stack multiple anchorages into one day instead of babysitting the horizon. At anchor, the toys come out: Seabob, paddleboard, adult water skis, a Stingray tow toy and a 50hp Zodiac tender to move 5 guests without feeling like a shuttle bus.
Why charter GRACE XI instead of another 75ft flybridge: refit‑level freshness, two proper king cabins, a flybridge that’s actually designed to be lived on, and a focused 3‑person crew running one clear mission: make an 8‑guest charter feel like a private mini‑ship, not a shared experiment in compromise.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like GRACE XI, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€8,000 - €12,800), making the charter cost €40,000 to €44,800. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
